Fulfillment Policy

Effective Date: Monday 06/30/2025

Wyatt Dickson and Little Tooth, LLC are committed to delivering high-quality video production, editing, creative direction, and consulting services in a timely and professional manner. As a service-based business, all engagements are performed under contract, and no physical products are sold. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms under which our services are rendered and fulfilled.

1. Service Scope and Custom Agreements

All services are provided on a per-project or retainer basis and governed by a mutually agreed-upon written contract or proposal. This document outlines deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and scope of work. No services will commence without a signed agreement.

2. Project Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and requirements of each project. Estimated timeframes will be clearly defined in the contract. Any changes to the scope may result in an adjusted delivery schedule.

  • Pre-production and planning timelines are provided after the initial consultation.

  • Production dates are scheduled based on availability and project readiness.

  • Post-production and editing timelines begin once all required assets and approvals are received.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide timely feedback and approvals.

  • Submit any required content, branding, or creative assets by agreed-upon deadlines.

  • Communicate clearly and proactively regarding project expectations and changes.

Delays in these areas may affect delivery timelines and could result in additional fees.

4. Delivery Format

Final deliverables are provided digitally via secure download links (e.g., cloud storage or project management platforms). Formats and resolution specifications are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

5. Revisions and Approval

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the contract. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges and extend the timeline.

6. Consulting Services

Consulting sessions (creative direction, strategy, production planning, or technical advisory) are scheduled by appointment and may be delivered virtually or in person, depending on the agreement. Consulting deliverables (e.g., reports or strategy documents) are delivered digitally.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided once work has commenced or contracts have been signed. Cancellation policies and fees are outlined in each specific contract.

If a client chooses to terminate a project mid-way, all work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

8. Force Majeure

Little Tooth LLC and/or Wyatt Dickson is not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, acts of government, or failure of digital infrastructure.
